Entry Into Seychelles:
Every visitor who intends to travel by air or sea to the Seychelles must have an approved, valid Travel Authorization or Disembarkation Information Form. Applications can only be made up to 29 days prior to your arrival date in Seychelles.
There are different requirements for travel to the Seychelles for citizens, permit holders and visitors. Please pay attention to the required documents that apply to you and / or your group. A yellow fever vaccination is needed if you are traveling to Seychelles from a yellow fever endemic region. If you are transiting through an airport of a yellow fever endemic region for less than 12 hours you do not need yellow fever vaccination. You will need this vaccination certificate to apply for your Travel Authorisation. Get in touch with our team if you are unsure of which countries fall within the yellow fever endemic region. Please note that all travellers must have a valid credit / debit card available to pay the fee. (€10 per application and you get your clearance within 9 hours).

BEACH BUNGALOWS
An hour’s flight from Mahé, you will land on a discreet haven covered in coconut palms and tropical flora. With miles of unblemished shorelines, lagoons, and sea flats, Alphonse Island truly is paradise in the Outer Islands.

The 22 Beach Bungalows are set amongst lush tropical plantations just metres from the beach. Located on the eastern shoreline of the island, the air-conditioned Beach Bungalows are decorated in a unique style that emphasises the raw and natural beauty of the island. With a layout that keeps guests’ relaxation foremost in mind, the Beach Bungalows are ideally situated to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Each Beach Bungalow has its own verandah, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand.

Beach Villa

The five one-bedroom Beach Villas are chic, stylish and contemporary. Nestled amongst tropical vegetation and just steps away from the white sandy beach, the villas are extremely spacious and private, with a large lounge area and bathroom, all decorated in a palette of colours that complement the natural surroundings: hues of blues, soft greens, and natural shades.
The villas offer a tranquil interior and exterior landscape in a glorious island setting. An outdoor shower and infinity pool combine with deep, palm-leaf style thatched roofs to create a carefully crafted local creole approach to laidback luxury.

Four Bedroom Beach Retreat

The beach Retreats, referred to as the Manta Retreat and the Marlin Retreat each have four bedrooms for the ultimate stay in privacy and seclusion. The spectacular retreats are ideal for multi-generational families, and friends. Each accommodation can sleep up to eight adults and four children.
Offering spectacular panoramic ocean and garden views, each Beach Retreat is 600 square metres in size with four generously appointed double bedrooms, all with luxurious island-style ensuite bathrooms. A large, light-filled open-plan living and dining area includes a kitchen and leads to a sun deck and private plunge pool. A private chef can be arranged upon request to create bespoke menus for dining at the retreat. Both retreats include their own golf buggy as well as bicycles for all residents.

Guided Fly Fishing on Alphonse Flats
Based directly on Alphonse Island, the Alphonse Guides are equipped to explore the outer shores right outside your doorstep. Guests get to experience unlimited site fishing like no other from the comfort of the Island. Experience either a full or half day with one of the experienced Guides. On Alphonse guests get to boast about their bonefish species amongst friends at dinner!

Guided Fly Fishing on St Francois Flats
The Alphonse Group is one of the most famed saltwater flyfishing destinations in the Indian Ocean and one of the most prolific bonefish fisheries in the world. St Francois is approximately seven miles long and four miles wide, consisting of white sand bottoms interlaced with channels and cuts. Try your hand on a full or half day of fly fishing with our experienced Alphonse Fishing Co. Guides wading over 10,000 acres of hard white sand flats in search of the various species the Alphonse Group has on offer.

Bluewater Fishing
Experience offshore fishing like never before. The unspoilt waters of Alphonse, Bijoutier, and St Francois Atolls are home to a vast variety of blue water species. The structure and sheer drop-offs are idyllic for species such as sailfish, wahoo, dogtooth tuna, yellowfin tuna, and dorado. On each given day there is an opportunity to fight the reel and target these species for either a full or half day.

Rod & Reel Loan
Fly fishing outfits consisting of Thomas and Thomas fly rods and Shilton reels, loaded with 300 yards of Cortland braided backing can be loaned at no charge. It’s important that angler’s pre book the rod hire to insure that we have sufficient stock. Anglers can either purchase fly lines in the shop or bring fly lines from home to accompany their respective hire rods. All rod breakages are for your account and will be billed at US$150 per rod.
