PONGOLA RIVER & LAKE JOZINI:
Experience the thrill of catching the fierce and acrobatic Tigerfish while surrounded by the pristine wilderness of Pongola and its river/lake systems. This trip combines world-class fishing with breathtaking scenery and expert guidance to make your dream tigerfishing expedition a reality.
Lake Jozini is the southernmost body of water where tigerfish are naturally found, making it a unique destination. In addition to tigers, the area also supports species like tilapia, barbel, and yellowfish, providing variety for all types of anglers.
We’ll fish the lake from larger boats due to the presence of hippos and crocodiles. River fishing will be done on foot in carefully selected, safe locations.
