Surubí, or tiger catfish, are large predatory fish native to South America.
Renowned for their speed, they put up an incredible fight.
Marked with unique “tiger stripes” they are as beautiful as they are ferocious!
They inhabit deep river channels and feed on fish and crustaceans.
Anglers use heavy tackle with live or cut bait, often fishing at night when these fish are most active.
